Mike "He Man" Geymen - years played 8, 1986-1991, 2000 - Scored 5 TD catches, 2 TD runs and 2 Interceptions for TD. He was West MVP and rookie of the year 1986, His record was (5-1-2) West 4-1-2 East 1-0-0 Became a 5 year club member in 1990. Inducted into the Hall of Fame 2008
Thomas "Beatle" Beatty - years played 7, 1988-1994 Scored 3 TD, 2 catches and 1 interception for TD. He was East rookie of the year 1988. His record was (2-3-1) west 2-1-0 East 0-3-1. Became a 5 year club member in 1993. Inducted into the Hall of Fame 2008
Glenn "Buster" Gardner - years played 10, 1985-1994 - Buster is the co-founder of the Schnapps Bowl,Scored 12 TD 11 catches and 1 interception. Thrown 4 TD passes, He has been voted MVP 3 times 2 (East 2, West 1) His record is (5-3-2) West 4-0-1 East 1-3-1, Held the record for most td catches, Became a 5 year club member in 1989, Inducted into the Hall of Fame 2009
Calvin "Maynerd" Piper - years played 5 years, 1986-1990 Thrown 1 TD pass His record is (1-1-2-1), West 1-0-2 East 0-1-0 he played for both teams in 1986,Maynerd has photograph many of the Schnapps Bowls, Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2009
Chris "Shootin" Storr - years played 10, 1986-1995, 1997 Scored 12 TD catches and Thrown 1, His record is (2-7-1), West 2-1-1, East 0-6-0, Shootin held the TD catch record before retiring, Vote MVP for the East in 1986, Holds the record for 3 TD scored in a quarter (tied with two others) Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2009
Scott "Mister" Rodgers - years played 8, 1997-2004, Scored 2 TD catches and Thrown 1, His record was (2-6-0), West 0-2, East 2-4-0, East Rookie of the Year 1997, Inducted into the Hall of Fame 2010.
Stacy "Rockies" Smith - years played 5, 1998-2002, No recorded scores, Her record was (2-3), West 2-3 East 0-0, Rockies was the only woman to play in the Schnapps Bowl until 2011, Became a 5 year club member in 2002, was inducted into the Hall of Fame 2010

Don "Freezer" Sokoloski- years played 9 years. No Scores. His Record was 6-3-0. With the West 5-2-0 and with the East 1-1-0. Don was a defense foe, rushing even at the age of 76. He was the oldest player to play in the Schnapps Bowl. Don was a member of the Five Year Club in 2015. Don was inducted in to the Schnapps Bowl Hall of Fame in 2024.
Nick "Peppar" Julius - years played 11 years. No Scores, but was a force on the defense side of the ball, His record was 6-4-1. With the West 3-2-0 and the East 3-2-1. He was West's 2000 Rookie of the Year. Nick also subbed as EMS for players. He founded the Absolute Bowl for is three years existence. Nick was part of the Five Year Club in 2004. He also received his ten year shot glass in 2010. Nick was inducted in the Schnapps Bowl Hall of Fame in 2024.

Don "Hit Man" Guilloz - years played 5 years. Don had one score, a touchdown catch. His record was 0-5-0 With the West 0-3-0 and the East 0-2-0. He was East's 1998 Rookie of the Year. Don won MVP in 2002 for the East team. He became a member of the Five Year Club in 2004. Al though he never won a game, he always had a smile on his face and a great teammate. Don was inducted into the Schnapps Bowl Hall of Fame in 2024.
